Introduction
The aim of the special issue is to publish and promote both theoretical and empirical research that encourage the exploration of major corporate investments and divestments, leading to better understanding of the value impacts of these corporate decisions on the economy.
The special issue will showcase research on value creation associated with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and divestures from the perspectives of the claimholders and corporations.
