Introduction

The special issue aims to highlight existing debates, challenges, opportunities and future research on workplace spirituality in learning organizations. The special issue will be significant to HR professionals, managers, and policymakers on how workplace spirituality can be exemplified within learning organizations. The guest editors invite works that are focused on work spirituality in learning organizations, like literature reviews, case studies, qualitative and quantitative studies, and empirical and conceptual papers on the following topics (not limited to) that can be deemed suitable for the special issue. The special issue will start a new set of research and discussion on workplace spirituality in learning organizations to better understand decision-making concerning this context.
