Equality, Diversity and Inclusion paper wins highly commended recognition from Financial Times

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is proud to share the news that “Multilevel Power Dynamics Shaping Employer Anti-Sexual Harassment Efforts in Lebanon” was recently recognised as a highly commended paper in the Financial Times Academic Research Award: Problem Solvers for the Planet. The paper was recognised as one of the best pieces of academic research with societal impact which has had a positive influence on policy or practice, and aligns perfectly with Emerald’s wider goal to publish research that has real world impact. The EDI team extends our congratulations to our brilliant authors, Professor Charlotte Karam and May Ghanem, on their important research.

Emerald has made this paper free access until 7th March, and you can read it here.
