The editorial team at Journal of Financial Management of Property and Construction (JFMPC) would like to invite researchers to apply to become members of its editorial advisory board (EAB). The journal is looking for researchers in all aspects of financial management of property and construction throughout all its stages from initial conception, development investment, decision making, risk evaluation, site acquisition, planning, design, construction, maintenance and future life cycle valuation, financial return, change of use and possible demolition, as outlined in the journal's aims and scope. We particularly welcome applications from early to mid-career academics. While a prior history of journal peer reviewing is ideal, all applicants will be evaluated on their own merits and their respective fit of research for the journal. The initial term for an EAB member would be 3 years.

Our expectations for an EAB member would be that you would participate in any of the following activities:

  1. Act as a reviewer for papers within your area of expertise as invited by the Editor (2-4 reviews a year)
  2. Encourage your network to participate in reviewing for the journal
  3. Promote the journal at conferences you attend and within your network

If you are interested in applying to become an editorial advisory board member, please send your CV to Clare Lehane, commissioning editor ([email protected]). Please note that we will not be able to get back to everyone individually, but will be in touch if your expertise matches that of the journal.
