Emerald Publishing is proud to announce that it has partnered with Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, to publish its Management Matters journal.

Management Matters is a multidisciplinary open access journal committed towards publishing original theoretical, conceptual, applied, empirical and fundamental contributions both qualitative and quantitative in all the major fields of management.

The aim of the journal is to focus on the contemporary issues and developments in all the major fields of management. The journal follows a double-blind, peer-review process as per the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and it covers a broad range of interdisciplinary topics under the contemporary management paradigm.

Its first issue published with Emerald was published earlier this year (2022). As a platinum open access journal, all articles in Management Matters are free to read and access here.

The journal’s editorial team includes Fr. Dr. C Joe Arun SJ from Loyola Institute of Business Administration as Editor-in-chief and Dr. Deepak Mathivathanan from Loyola Institute of Business Administration as Co-Editor.
