Competence 2016, the international conference on competence theory, research and practice will be taking place from 19-21 October 2016 in Wageningen, Netherlands, where Dr Martin Mulder (Wageningen University, Netherlands), who serves as an Editorial Advisory Board member for the Journal of Workplace Learning and the European Journal of Training and Development, is the chair of the Scientific Organization Committee for this year's conference.
