Aims and Scope

Effective teams form the heart of successful organizations. However, team management practices are often disconnected from the theoretical and empirical advancements in the field of team research.

Team Performance Management is a peer-reviewed journal that bridges the gap between research and practice by publishing empirical and theoretical papers where the claims are evidence-based and the conclusions have practical value. The journal contributes to the successful implementation and development of work teams and team-based organizations by providing a forum for sharing experience and learning to stimulate thought and transfer ideas. TPM invites contributions from scholars and practitioners using a variety of research methods from experimental to action research.
