Journal dispatch and missing issues


Dispatch

If you are a current subscriber to one of our titles, issues from your subscription will be sent out upon publication.

In order to find out when an issue from your subscription will be dispatched, please download our journal dispatch schedule

Please note the expected delivery times

United Kingdom 2nd Class Mail    2 to 4 days
Mainland Europe   Surface Mail 7 to 14 days
Rest of the World    Air Mail 14 to 21 days

Missing issues

After checking our dispatch schedule and allowing for delivery, if you still have not received an issue, please contact the Subscriptions Department with the following information:

  1. Subscriber address
  2. Delivery address (if different from subscriber address)
  3. Journal name
  4. Volume number
  5. Issue number
  6. Emerald reference number (where available)

All claims are required in writing via post/fax/email to the following address:

Emerald can only replace missing issues made within six months of the original date of dispatch, and we have a maximum of one claim per issue policy.
