Introduction
This call for papers for this special issue of JERER is in the areas in which Professor Stanley McGreal excelled during his academic life, with his works having had a profound impact on current knowledge. These areas cover:

The Special Issue will comprise two sections: academic papers and letters to pay tribute to Stanley McGreal. Academic papers will follow the journal's double-blind review procedure. We invite those researchers and academics who received personal support and friendship from Stanley McGreal during their careers to submit a one-page letter detailing this personal experience about his mentorship and academic support. These will not be peer reviewed. If researchers do choose this option (letters), please choose the paper type 'editorial' when submitting. Researchers may choose to submit both an academic paper and a letter or either of each.
Submissions Information
Submissions are made using ScholarOne Manuscripts. Author guidelines must be strictly followed.
Authors should select (from the drop-down menu) the special issue title at the appropriate step in the submission process, i.e. in response to ““Please select the issue you are submitting to”.
Submitted articles must not have been previously published, nor should they be under consideration for publication anywhere else, while under review for this journal.
