If you subscribe to our journals and we update the content or you don't receive an issue the following information will help you

If you subscribe to one of our titles, we’ll automatically send you each new published issue. 

How long will it take my issue to arrive?

Expected delivery
United Kingdom 2nd class mail    2 to 4 days
Mainland Europe   Surface mail 7 to 14 days
Rest of the world    Air mail 14 to 21 days

Missing issues

If your issue takes much longer to arrive than expected, please get in touch with our Subscriptions Department. They will need the following details:

  1. Your address
  2. Delivery address (if differs from your address)
  3. Journal name
  4. Volume number
  5. Issue number
  6. Emerald reference number (where available)

We can only replace missing issues if we hear from you within six months of the original date of dispatch, and we have a maximum of one claim per issue policy
