In 2019, to celebrate International Women’s Day, we spoke to senior leaders in academia about bettering the balance for women. To support this year’s theme ‘each for equal’, we’re exploring how mentoring can make a difference to female academics wanting to achieve their full potential.

We’ve spoken to industry experts across the world to get their views and advice on mentoring. They’ve also shared their experiences of mentoring and the differences they’ve seen it make to others.
