Emerald Publishing has announced its partnership with Kozminski University to publish the Central European Management Journal (CEMJ).
The journal is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open access journal covering all aspects of management ranging from the nature of management itself to the impact management has within both public and private organisations.
The journal’s editorial team includes Pawel Korzynski from Kozminski University as Editor-in-Chief.
Pawel and the CEMJ team are looking for submissions in the areas of human resource management, psychology of management, and gender in management, amongst others, and they encourage submissions that are interdisciplinary or theoretical in nature.
Pawel had this to say about the journal and its recent partnership with Emerald:
‘I am very happy with the partnership between Central European Management Journal and Emerald as it will result in an inspiring scholarly discussion about management-related topics. I hope that together, we will explore new ideas and share valuable insights that will contribute to the advancement of the field.’
