Vilakshan – XIMB Journal of Management (XJM) is now inviting proposals for Special Issues. Special issues are great opportunity to broaden the reach of the journal while allowing a group of authors to focus on a specific area of interest, resulting in greater exposure and deeper understanding of the any recent topic.

XJM is interested in both theoretical and empirical research problems that cross disciplinary boundaries, contribute to the advancement of management theory, and have the potential to impact the field of management and business studies. In addition, XJM welcomes new ideas that may challenge or enhance existing management theories.
