Vilakshan – XIMB Journal of Management (XJM) is an international, peer-reviewed journal covering management and business studies. We welcome empirical and theoretical contributions in this field in the form of original research papers, perspectives, case studies, and book reviews. The journal is published bi-annually and occasionally publishes special issues on contemporary themes. These themed issues aim to identify and contribute to new ideas that can contradict or improve existing management theories and each issue is devoted to an important topic of current interest.

The journal is funded by Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University, an India premier, world-class business school. All articles are published open access, so are made freely available at no charge to the author.

XJM is seeking members to join its international Editorial Board (Associate Editor/Editorial Advisory Board). The main responsibilities of Editorial Board members include:

• Reviewing journal articles as requested by the Editor. If you are unable to review for any reason, please suggest alternative reviewers from your networks. 
• Encouraging quality submissions to XJM helps the journal to grow in quality and reputation. Please consider submitting a paper yourself to the Journal and actively encourage students and colleagues to submit.
• Proposing themes for future issues. if you spot any trends or areas that might help raise the profile or benefit XJM please let the editors know your suggestions or submit your own for consideration.
• Encouraging your faculty, students and other professionals to use the Journal helps potential authors to submit their articles and cite the journal.
• Promoting the journal within your networks and at conferences. 

In return for your involvement in the journal, we will include your name and affiliation in the editorial team listing in the journal and on all relevant journal literature.

We are interested in recruiting Board members within all areas of management and business as we are committed to creating an Editorial Board that represents the full breadth and diversity of our research community. Those interested in making an application should send an up-to-date CV with a statement outlining their reasons for wanting to join the Editorial Board.
