Emerald Publishing appoints Amy Jones as Chief Transformation Officer

Emerald Publishing is delighted to announce Amy Jones will be joining the company’s C-Suite as Chief Transformation Officer.

Amy will undertake her new role from 1st July 2024 and will oversee a broad range of business areas including Delivery, IT Operations, and Architecture and Software Engineering teams. 

Currently, Amy is Delivery Director at Emerald, and through this role Amy has established frameworks to align our goals to our strategic vision, optimised our processes and supported the development of our approach to data governance. 

Amy has previously worked at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a proven track record of leading highly successful transformation. As academic publishing continues to evolve at a rapid pace, Amy’s expertise will help Emerald reach its ambitious vision for the future.
