We’re on a journey to embrace equality, diversity and inclusivity, both within our organisation and in the real world.
In 2015, we started our journey to gender equality, with the introduction of the diversity programme, STRIDE, a Steering Committee, with an initial focus on gender diversity. This initiative demonstrated the importance of diversity to an organisation and as the years have gone by, the programme is successfully evolving to include all aspects of diversity, which is now one of the core foundations of our strategy, our publishing philosophy and employer brand.
We’ve made a case study focussing on our journey to gender diversity, which is available for you to download here.
