We speak with four leading experts from business schools across Europe about what they are focussing on right now.

Professor Michel Kalika is the Director of the BSIS (Business School Impact System) methodology he developed for FNEGE & EFMD. He is also the President of the Business Science Institute (international DBA programme) and emeritus Professor at the University Jean Moulin, iaelyon School of Management.
Professor Debra Leighton CMBE is a Senior BSIS Advisor and assessor. Formerly Executive Dean at University of Bedfordshire business school and more recently at Coventry business school, she has worked on developing and securing accreditations with EFMD for over 10 years.
Professor Andreas Kaplan serves as Dean and Rector of ESCP Paris and Berlin. Previously, he served as the School’s Provost overseeing 7,000 students. With several seminal articles and more than 30,000 citations on Google Scholar, Professor Kaplan has been ranked among the top 50 business and management authors worldwide. He is the author of the recently published book Higher Education at the Crossroads of Disruption: The University of the 21st Century (Emerald Publishing, 2021).
Professor Britta Gammelgaard is full professor of Supply Chain Management (SCM) at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark. She has published in a number of international journals on logistics and SCM and has received a number of prizes including the prestigious Danish Hedorfs Fond Transport Research Award. Professor Gammelgaard is a dedicated educator and has been academic director of the Graduate Diploma Program in SCM as well as the MSc concentration in SCM. Presently, she is the CBS academic director of the tri-continental BSc concentration in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management as well as the MSc Minor in Strategic Procurement.
