Aims and scope

As one of the few journals dedicated to business strategy, the Journal of Business Strategy (JBS) defines strategy in the broadest sense and thus covers topics as diverse as marketing strategy, innovation, developments in the global economy, mergers & acquisition integration and human resources.

We have a penchant for substantive, provocative and well-written articles. We also like to break the mould and include articles on topics readers are unlikely to find in other business publications.

On a bi-monthly basis, JBS will help you learn more about:

  • Sharpening and broadening leadership skills
  • Ensuring shareholder value exceeds expectations
  • Technological developments that directly shape strategy
  • How a wide variety of organizations have coped successfully with common problems of strategy and competition
  • Fostering innovation and inventiveness in a corporate structure
  • New ways to leave the competition behind.
