Introduction 

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is revolutionizing the field of education by providing new tools and methodologies for teaching and learning. This special issue aims to explore the latest advancements in AI technology and its application in educational settings, focusing on both the transformative potential and the challenges associated with these technologies. By gathering insights from leading researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, this special issue will present a comprehensive overview of how AI can be harnessed to improve educational practices, enhance learning experiences, and address educational disparities.

This special issue calls for original and high-quality research papers that report the artificial intelligence technology in education. Topics of Interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Intelligent Tutoring Systems: Development and implementation of AI-driven tutoring systems that provide personalized support and feedback to students, enhancing their learning experiences.
