LBS Journal of Management Research (LBSJMR) is a double-blind peer-reviewed bi-annual publication hosted on Emerald Insight, accessed by a global network, and published under CC 4.0 to maximize dissemination. Each article published in LBSJMR is assigned a unique DOI number. The LBSJMR is indexed on all major abstracting and indexing services, including and has been indexed in multiple research portals: Indian Citation Index, EBSCO Discovery, J-Gate, Google Scholar, CNKI Scholar, Indian Science, ESJI and IIJIF. The LBSJMR publishes a wide variety of articles outlining the latest and state of the art research in the disciplines of management. We emphasize strong research ethics, robust methodology and managerial as well as practical implications of the research in all the articles we publish. We welcome high-quality studies with robust methodology in the form of articles, research papers, theoretical and empirical studies, literature reviews, SLRs, Cases (with teaching notes), Action Research, the construction or testing of a model or framework, papers with a practical focus, and book reviews.

Submission Guidelines:

The Article file should be submitted in the form of an MS Word file. The article should not exceed the 5000-word limit. This includes all text in abstract, references, tables, figure captions, and appendices.

Title: A title page should be included which should have a clear title of the article, all the author names, their affiliations, and the corresponding author’s phone and E-Mail address. Since we do the blind review of the selected articles, we request authors not to include their names anywhere inside the text of the article.

Structured Abstract: The maximum length of the abstract should be 250 words in total. The structured abstract should have the following headings-

Purpose (Mandatory): Clearly state the purpose of the study in a concise form.

Literature Review (Mandatory): Highlight the key existing studies

Design/Methodology/Approach (Mandatory): State the methodology adopted in the study

Findings (Mandatory): State and highlight the key findings of the study

Originality (Mandatory): Highlight the novelty of the concept and the gaps the study aims to fill

Research Limitations: Underline the limitations, scope, and the context of the study

Theoretical/Practical/Social Implications (Mandatory): Highlight the implications of the study

Keywords (Mandatory): Appropriate and short keywords (up to 5 in number) which can make the manuscript SEO-friendly

Main Document:

Tables: Tables should be typed and included in a separate file to the main body of the manuscript. The position of each table should be clearly labelled in the body text of the manuscript with corresponding labels being clearly shown in the separate file.

Figures: All Figures (charts, diagrams, line drawings, web pages/screenshots, and photographic images) should be submitted in a separate sheet. All Figures should be legible and numbered with Arabic numerals.

References: References to other publications must be in APA style and carefully checked for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
