Emerald Publishing is delighted to announce it has renewed its partnership with the Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI) to publish the Irish Journal of Occupational Therapy (IJOT) until 2026.

IJOT has been publishing with Emerald since 2017, publishing quality articles that further debate and evidence based practice within Occupational Therapy, both in Ireland and worldwide.

Odhrán Allen, AOTI Chief Strategy Officer, had this to say about the partnership with Emerald: “we are very happy to extend our partnership with Emerald for the publication of AOTI’s Journal. Emerald are efficient, responsive and collegial and our partnership with them has enhanced the profile and reach of IJOT as well as increasing citations, submissions and downloads.”

As a platinum open access journal, all articles in IJOT are free to read and access here.

IJOT is now accepting submissions for future issues. Submissions are welcome on all aspects of occupational therapy that further evidence-based practice and critical debate within the profession.
