The International Journal of Public Leadership (IJPL) is a multi-disciplinary journal that provides a forum for research on leadership in the public sphere.

The journal welcomes papers from all nations and world regions, and publishes research on all aspects of public leadership within:

IJPL publishes research from scholars working in a range of disciplines, including (but not limited to) public management, public policy, public affairs, public administration, and political science. 

Papers published in IJPL are double-blind peer-reviewed.
