International Journal of Workplace Health Management (IJWHM) is pleased to announce the creation of an Early Career Reviewer Board!

IJWHM publishes high-quality research and practical insights concerned with the management of health, well-being, and performance in work settings.

As strong believers in positive change, IJWHM has decided to develop an Early Career Reviewer Board (ECRB) to give Early Career Researchers the means to participate within a journal publishing environment and to be involved in developing IJWHM for the community along with the editors.

ECRs are expected to have postdoctoral research experience and a strong interest in health management.

Selected applicants will be appointed to the ECRB for 3 years, after which there may be the opportunity to be appointed to the Editorial Advisory Board (EAB) in consultation with the Editor. Each member is expected to review 3 to 4 new papers per year. There will be an introductory meeting to discuss the publication process and any questions. Training will be provided for Emerald’s submission system ScholarOne.

Applications

The application process is simple – please email the Editors or Aggie Topolska, Journals Commissioning Lead, at [email protected], with your CV and a statement (no more than 400 words) on why you would like to be involved in the Review Board. Please also mention your primary areas of research expertise. Early Career Researchers are those who have been awarded a doctoral degree in the past 5 years (excluding career breaks).
