IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies (IRJMS) is a new open access journal of international scope, the inaugural issue of which will be published in January 2022. IRJMS is published by Emerald Publishing Group and is owned by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi, a premier public business school in India. IRJMS is supported by an exceptional editorial review board and an eclectic advisory board, including outstanding academicians from top-notch universities across the world.

IRJMS is a bi-annual international journal that would be publishing the finest double-blind, peer-reviewed, original research (both empirical and conceptual) in all fields of management and related disciplines like economics and psychology. The themes include, but are not limited to,
