IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies

Emerald Publishing has announced it has partnered with the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi to publish its Journal of Management Studies.

The IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies is a bi-annual international journal for publishing the finest peer-reviewed, original research in all fields of management and the related areas such as economics and psychology.

The main themes of the open access journal include but are not limited to general management, strategic management, marketing, advertising, human resources management, organizational studies, information management, industrial management, entrepreneurship and innovation, small and family business management, financial management, accounting, operations management, managing global and international business, managing supply chain, managing e-business practices, social media etc.

The journal’s editorial team include Shailendra Singh from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi as Editor-in-Chief and Aditya Shankar Mishra from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi as Co Editor-in-Chief.

Aditya Shankar Mishra commented: "IIM Ranchi Journal of Management Studies (IRJMS) has started its operation with flying colours. The first issue itself has papers from India and abroad making it a truly global journal. The number of paper downloads indicates the global acceptance of the journal's quality. The first issue's papers are from all the management domains right from Marketing to HR. We expect that IRJMS would be very shortly indexed in all the reputed indices of academia. IJRMS's first issue was published earlier this year and included themes of household inflation expectations in India and individual entrepreneurial orientation on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) performance.
