This CIB-encouraged journal, covers topics such as procurement strategies and contractual arrangements, managing the planning and design processes, delivering the construction phase, and maintaining and operating built environment assets.

Topics covered: We welcome papers that place emphasis on tackling issues such as innovation, quality, value, risk, digital strategies, policy, environmental merit and safety. Relevant examples of papers that we have published feature work that covers areas such as information technology, knowledge management, the introduction of new practices and procedures, relationship management and staff recruitment, development and wellbeing. The journal’s readership includes both academia and practice and as such published articles range from theoretical or empirical considerations of built environment issues to topical exemplars of project delivery experiences.
