On the 13th of May 2024, Professor Clare D’Souza delivered a presentation on “Employer Expectations for Graduate Skills and Training in Sustainability” in an international seminar hosted by the Journal of Trade Science in collaboration with the Center of Science and Technology Research and Development.
Professor Clare D’Souza is a Professor of Marketing at La Trobe University. Since 2000, she has been ranked in the top 2% of scientists in the Marketing discipline according to Stanford’s academic list.
Her presentation explores competencies related to sustainability required in a workforce and examines employers’ perceptions of competencies. It makes an important contribution to addressing the need to support SDGs by bridging organizational-level competencies and sustainability literacy, which hold significant benefits for practitioners, academia, and organizations at large.
