About the journal

Strategic HR Review aims to be the leading publication for senior HR professionals who are dedicated to improving business results. SHR seeks written material from practitioners that will significantly enhance both the thinking and practical development, for the benefit of other like-minded HR professionals. The journal welcomes articles that will aid the development of leaders and help empower HR managers, as well as contributions from persons who are driving corporate culture change and who can prove the value of their initiatives.

Author Guidelines

Articles should range from 1500-2500 words or so, and can take on a variety of formats, including Viewpoint pieces, Case Studies, Conceptual articles and Research papers. Further detail can be found on our Author Guidelines section of the journal homepage here.
