2022 Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards

Emerald Group has been announced as a finalist in the Best Support for Remote Workers category for the 2022 Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards.

The Great British Workplace Wellbeing awards were launched by The Great British Entrepreneur Awards and co-founded by Wellity Global. The awards recognise organisations that are making a positive change in the workplace to support their employee's mental health and wellbeing.

Emerald is proud to be shortlisted for the 'Best Support for Remote Workers' awards. Our fully flexible hybrid working policy has been in place since 2021 and continues to support Emerald employees to develop both personally and professionally.

In 2020 we launched our company wide Wellbeing Group with leads from each area of the business with the shared vision of putting our people, and their wellbeing at the heart of the business. Since then, we’ve continued to provide our employees with the tools, support, and guidance they need to maintain a healthy work life and feel empowered in the workplace.

It’s great to see Emerald recognised for our commitment to flexible working. The physical and mental wellbeing of our employees is something we've always taken seriously. However, as we transitioned to a fully flexible organisation during the pandemic, we realised the need to adjust our approach to wellbeing to meet the needs of a changing workforce. We’re proud to have created a culture where employees not only feel empowered to work where and when they want but also feel supported in doing so.
