Ensure users can access your trial content
Discovery
Maximise discovery by ensuring that you have activated the correct Emerald product in your discovery service and that your library catalogue is up to date using our KBART, MARC records or persistent URLs information.
Authentication
Confirm that your preferred authentication method is working by checking that your institutions name appears in the top left of the Emerald Insight home page.
You can also log in to the AMP and view all authentication methods registered for your institution.
Case studies – teaching note access
Teaching notes are accessible to teaching staff based at institutions who subscribe to any of our cases products.
Faculty can access teaching notes through their Emerald Insight profile, but this must be requested. View instructions to request teaching note access.
Accessing trial usage data
Institution administrators can view COUNTER usage data via the Account Management Portal (AMP). Find out more about using the AMP and accessing usage reports.
