Journal of Services Marketing

The importance of services marketing research for improving the health and wellbeing of global citizens has been recognised by the World Health Organisation with the inclusion of the following 18 Journal of Services Marketing articles (in alphabetical order) in the WHO COVID-19 database.  This is an extraordinary outcome for service scholars.
