Railway Sciences Now Indexed in Scopus
Railway Sciences (RS) is pleased to announce that it has been accepted for inclusion in Scopus, the world’s largest curated abstract and citation database. This milestone is a significant recognition of the journal’s growing academic quality, international relevance, and rigorous editorial standards.
Launched in 2022 in partnership with Emerald Publishing, Railway Sciences serves as a premier international platform for high-impact research across all areas of railway and urban rail transit development. The journal publishes original, peer-reviewed work spanning the entire spectrum of railway sciences, including:
- Transportation planning, civil engineering, and systems design
- Rolling stock, infrastructure, and digital technologies
- Operations, management, policy, and socio-economic analyses
- Interdisciplinary advances in sustainable rail transport
